Nourishing Your Skin from Within

Ever wondered what a simple day of eating looks like when you focus on feeling good from the inside out? These are the meals I come back to when I want to feel energized, balanced, and take care of my body in a realistic way.

Breakfast - Smoothie bowl with mango, spinach & chia seeds

I like starting my day with something light but nourishing, and this smoothie bowl is perfect for that. It’s made with mango, spinach, and chia seeds — simple ingredients with real benefits.

Spinach is rich in iron, which is especially important for women to support energy levels and reduce fatigue. Mango adds natural sweetness and contains vitamin C, which supports skin health and helps your body absorb iron better. Chia seeds are packed with fiber and omega-3s, which support digestion and help keep you full longer.

Lunch - Avocado egg toast

This is one of my go-to lunches when I want something quick but still nourishing. Just avocado on toast topped with eggs. Simple, but so effective.

Avocado provides healthy fats that support hormone balance and keep your skin hydrated. Eggs are a great source of protein and contain important nutrients like choline, which supports brain function and overall women’s health.

Snack - Vanilla matcha latte

Instead of reaching for something sugary, I love making a vanilla matcha latte as a snack. It feels like a treat, but still supports my body.

Matcha contains antioxidants that help protect your skin and support a natural glow. It also gives a more stable energy boost compared to coffee, without the crash. The vanilla adds a soft sweetness, making it both calming and satisfying.

Dinner - Salmon with sweet potato & broccoli

For dinner, I keep it simple but focused on nutrients that support recovery and overall health.

Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce inflammation, support hormone balance, and keep your skin hydrated and glowing. Sweet potato is high in vitamin A, which plays a role in skin renewal and supports a clear complexion. Broccoli contains vitamin C and antioxidants that support collagen production and overall skin health.

It’s a meal that helps your body recover while also supporting your skin from within.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. These are simple meals that support your energy, hormones, and skin. It's not about perfection, it’s about choosing foods that make you feel good consistently.
